Preorder Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Payment: A minimum payment is required to place a preorder. Please refer to the product page of the item you wish to preorder for details on the required amount.

2. Shipping/Delivery Fees: Please note that the preorder payment does not include shipping or delivery fees. These costs will be calculated and charged separately when your item is ready for dispatch.

3. Subject to Manufacturer/Supplier Delays: Please be aware that preorder items are subject to potential delays from the manufacturer or allocation cuts by our supplier, which may affect the expected release and estimated arrival. We will strive to provide timely updates regarding any such delays.

4. Fulfillment of Orders: You will be notified when your preorder item has arrived and is ready for pickup or shipment. Orders not fulfilled on the initial release date will automatically be included in subsequent restocks. We prioritize fulfilling orders in the order they were received to ensure fairness to all customers.

5. Preorder Balance Payment: Once notified of the arrival of your preorder item, the remaining balance must be paid and the item claimed within 7 days, regardless of whether the notification has been read or not.

6. Refund Policy: Payments made for preordered items are initially non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, in the event that the item you preordered cannot be fulfilled or becomes unavailable for an extended period or under circumstances deemed appropriate by us, you will have the following options:

• Use your payment towards other in-stock items at our store.
• Transfer your payment to another available preorder item.

7. Communication of Updates: We will keep you informed of any changes to the release or delivery dates as soon as we receive information from our supplier. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to receive these notifications.

8. Acceptance of Terms: By placing a preorder with us, you acknowledge and agree to these  terms and conditions. It is important to review and understand these terms before proceeding with your purchase.
